Should you be unhappy with the overall service and quality of your photographs, then you dont pay us a penny more - It's that simple!

 

You will be given all of your photos on a CD as originally promised. They will however be copyrighted as there are some people who would abuse our good nature, but you will not pay us a penny more than you have*

 

*Guarantee applies to Wedding customers only. Initial deposit and 50% balance will remain property of Capture Moments Photography. Remaining 50% will be null and void-any agreements for albums will be waived-No prints will be given. All other customers will be offered another photo shoot at no extra charge-if refused, no money will be refunded and no prints will be given. 72dpi CD will still be given.
